Camp Ground Rules
If you arrive before the Sunday before the show, you will need to work with the city on those reservations and payment. Payment to the show is Sunday to Saturday.
- First Come, First Serve.
- Fee for camping begins when the camper arrives, not when you do!
- Campers must be 15 feet apart side to side and 10 feet back to back
- No Open fires (contained outdoor grills are OK). Do not move existing fire rings
- All pets must be on leash, cleaned up after and exercised in back parking lot
- All trash must be put into the waste cans
- Quiet time 11:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m.
- One vehicle per campsite
- Daily member camping available:
- Primitive camping $10.00 electric/water hookup $20.00
- No campers or vehicles are permitted on the walking path
All Gravel sites are The Village of Plain City and can be reserved online, https://www.campspot.com/book/pastime-park-campground
Vendor Contracts

Please do not send money until you’ve been approved by the executive board. Once approved you will be contacted.
***Food vendors please bring more extension cords with you this year. The city has done some updates to the electric and they maybe a little further away than before***

- Vendor Spaces are 25′ X 25′ and run $60 + $3 per foot over that.
- Food Vendors are $350
- Parts Vendors are $60
- Camping Fee is $25 for the 4 days
- Cattle Barn Location (up-charge) is $10

Golf Cart Regulations
(Personal Vehicles)
All Golf carts must be registered for use during the Miami Valley Steam Threshers Annual Reunion. Registration Tags will be issued at the secretary’s office or entry gates and must be displayed on the steering wheel of all golf carts at the park throughout the show. Your Registration Tag is specifically for your golf cart (vehicle) and cannot be used on another golf cart (vehicle). The fee will be $10 per day or $20 for the week pass.
General Rules
All liability associated with golf carts will be assumed by the registered owner/operator listed on the Miami Valley Steam Threshers Association golf cart registration. YOU MUST REGISTER YOUR GOLF CART/VEHICLE AND PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:
- Certificate of Insurance for the golf cart (unit)
- Valid Driver’s License on your person to operate the vehicle
GOLF CARTS (UNITS) · ALL RIDING CART/VEHICLES SHALL BE UNDER 60” WIDE
- Drivers and riders must always be seated, and capacity is not to exceed manufacturer’s specifications.
- Golf Cart (vehicle) must yield the right of way to all pedestrians and exhibited machinery.
- Golf Cart (vehicle) must have working head/tail lights if operated after dark.
- Golf Cart (vehicle) must have a working muffler.
- All Golf Carts (vehicles) shall be parked during quiet hours – Midnight to 6:00am
- Maximum speed is 5 MPH, operators must obey all posted signs.
EXAMPLES OF ACCEPTABLE GOLF CART (VEHICLE): “Golf Cart” 3 or 4 wheeled designed for operation on a golf course – “Gator” type unit 3 or 4 wheeled, designed with dump bed – “Lark type” ELECTRIC scooters
EXAMPLES OF GOLF CART (UNIT) NOT ALLOWED: Bicycles, Mopeds, Motorcycles, 3 or 4 wheeled go karts, R-spec, RZR, High lifters, Recreational off-road side by sides without a dump bed. Overloaded unsafe golf carts (units), speeding, over loaded trailers or any form of dangerous operation will not be tolerated. The Board of Directors of the Miami Valley Steam Threshers Association reserves the right to determine what “vehicles” are acceptable or not allowed.
